By using the EnginLink service (the "Service") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

EnginLink is a software service providing secure remote access and local-network discovery for industrial devices (PLCs, HMIs, drives, cameras, etc.). It does not include hardware sales.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through the app stores (Google Play / App Store) and are subject to their rules.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel and manage them from your store account.
• Prices may vary by region and currency. For 10+ machines, contact us about the Enterprise plan.

4. Acceptable use

• You will only connect to devices and networks you are authorized to access.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to violate others' rights, or to harm infrastructure.

5. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but do not guarantee 100% availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance and updates.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. It is the user's responsibility to maintain appropriate local safety measures for critical operations in industrial environments.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account anytime from the app (Settings → Delete account).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
